My name is Inga Hilfiker Ladd, and for nearly two decades, I have been fusing comprehensive legal knowledge with a personal approach to help clients reach ideal resolutions in legal issues. My firm has been family-owned since 1975 when it was founded by my father, retired attorney H. Max Hilfiker. The Hilfiker Law firm provides “small firm” accessibility, and provides all clients with hands-on access throughout their case. I am always on call.
While clients are always meant to feel comfortable in my office and are greeted by my staff, they always work directly with me and are never handed off when their questions or concerns need addressing. If I’m not in my office when you call, my staff will text me your name, phone number and question. If I’m not in trial, I will try to return your call within two hours. I believe my work ethic, accessibility and honesty which allows me to provide a service that other firms are not able to offer.
When you hire me, I will always be upfront about what is going on in your case. I can promise what I have control over, but I won’t make promises I can’t keep. I work closely with attorneys and judges in the area and make it a point to be familiar and professional within the community. Because of my respect, I am frequently able to work efficiently and effectively toward my client’s ideal outcomes.
Call me to discuss your legal needs. My practice focuses primarily on criminal defense and contested custody cases but, as your small-town lawyer, I can settle your personal injury case, prepare deeds, write wills, help you through a bankruptcy, assist with an uncontested divorce and answer just about any legal question you have. I will never charge you a fee for calling me to ask a question.
